RADECS Student Grant



Are you a student working on an exciting research related to radiation effects on electronics and systems?
The RADECS Association and the HEARTS project are offering a total of 5 student grants to cover registration fees for both the Thematic Workshop and Technical Sessions at RADECS 2024!

This is a fantastic opportunity to:

  • Present your research: Share your work with a leading international audience of experts in the field.
  • Network with professionals: Connect with researchers, engineers, and industry leaders from around the globe.
  • Learn from the best: Attend a thematic workshop and technical sessions on cutting-edge topics in field of radiation effects.

Eligibility:

  • You are currently enrolled in a Master’s or PhD program.
  • You are the first author of a submitted paper to the RADECS conference.

How to Apply:

First-author students can apply for the grant by submitting a brief motivation letter (max. 100 words) that addresses the following questions:

  • How will attending this conference enhance your academic/professional development and contribute to your current studies or career goals?
  • How would the grant facilitate your participation in the conference?

Please, include the paper title and the session it was submitted to. Letters should be sent to radecs.2024@cern.ch and your name should be included in the subject line of the email: “[Student Grant] – Your Name”.

Application deadline is 22 April 2024.
